How We Work At our salon, every groom begins with a comprehensive health and coat check to ensure your dog is comfortable and ready for their appointment. Each session includes ear cleaning, nail trimming, hygiene, and paw pad care as part of the grooming process. From bath to grooming preparation, the process takes at least 1 hour. Styling may take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours, depending on your dog’s coat condition, temperament, size, and the style requested. We kindly ask for your patience during your pet’s visit. If you are looking for a quick “in-and-out” groom, we may not be the right salon for you. We believe in calm, gentle, and attentive grooming that prioritises your dog’s comfort, safety, and overall well-being. Our team is fully trained and insured, and we use only professional, industry-approved equipment and products to maintain the highest standards of care. We proudly use premium shampoos that are: Free from alcohol, parabens, soap, dyes, optical brighteners, and bleaches Wheat-free, pH-balanced, and 100% vegan For de-shedding treatments, we may use alternative shampoo ranges specifically selected for different coat types.
