How We Work At our salon, every groom begins with a comprehensive pre-health check, followed by ear cleaning, nail trimming, hygiene area and paw pad trimming, as well as thorough brushing and combing before any styling takes place. From bath to grooming prep, the process takes a minimum of one hour. Styling can take anywhere from 30 minutes to two hours, depending on the complexity of the groom and your pet’s individual needs. Please be patient — if you’re looking for “fast and furious,” this may not be the salon for you. We believe in calm, careful grooming that prioritises your dog’s well-being and comfort. Our team is fully trained and insured, and we use only industry-approved equipment and products to ensure the highest standards of care. We proudly use shampoos, which contain: No alcohol, parabens, soap, dyes, optical brighteners, or bleaches They are wheat-free, pH-balanced, and 100% vegan For de-shedding treatments, we may use a different range of shampoos tailored to coat type. Please speak with a member of our team if you would like to know more about the ingredients used in these products. All customers must be registered with us and agree to our Terms & Conditions prior to booking.
